You Don’t Have To Go Under The Knife: Treat All Types Of Cysts With This Simple Recipe!

Cysts are rather frightening, but when treated properly they cannot develop into a more complicated issue. They appear in different body parts and usually affect women. Although cysts are usually treated with invasive and painful medical methods, they tend to re-occur.

You can use several natural ways to get rid of cysts and prevent them from reoccurring, and we give you an easy-to-make recipe that will help you a great deal. Aloe cactus is the base of this effective remedy.

Ingredients:

  • 7.5 liters high-quality red wine
  • 150g aloe vera leaves
  • 450g chicory coffee
  • 1/2l medical alcohol
  • 450g organic honey

Preparation:

  • First, remove the spikes from your aloe vera leaves, then blend them well;
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients, and blend again;
  • Transfer the resulting mixture in a large Mason jar. Put the lid on, and keep it in a dark and cool place for 2 weeks;
  • Strain the content into glass bottles. Cheesecloth works best for that purpose;
  • Take a tablespoon of the healing remedy an hour or two before your meals, three times a day;

Always take your remedy before you eat or drink anything so it does not get in contact with food. Do not make a break. Prepare a new dose before you finish it, and take it continuously until you finish 2 doses.

Its users believe that this remedy has helped them treat their cysts, including small cysts surrounding the kidneys, in the chest tissues, and female reproductive organs. We listed the needed ingredients for two doses, because usually it takes that much to get rid of the cyst.

This remedy is safe for children as well, but the dosing goes by half, and smaller children should take half a teaspoon before their meals, three times a day.

Discover the 6 Best Anti Aging Treatments

Aging is the impact of time on our bodies that leads to cell, tissue and organ damage. Toxins, UV radiation from sunlight, harmful foods, pollution and other toxins all take their toll on our bodies. We all want to look and feel younger, fresh and healthy, and although we cannot turn the clock back, we can try and slow the aging process by following few simple anti aging treatments.

Below are 6 good anti aging treatments that are natural and don’t involve going under the knife or other invasive medical procedures:

1. Sesame Oil

Beyond its culinary applications, sesame oil is also used in anti aging treatments to deliver health benefits to the skin. According to many studies, sesame oil is a powerful antioxidant due to a naturally occurring compound called sesamol. Antioxidants are important to skin health because they reduce free radicals, which are unstable molecules that can prematurely age the body and contribute to diseases. When our skin ages prematurely, it loses collagen and elastin, the substances that make skin strong, soft, firm and elastic. Other studies suggest that sesame oil may be effective in protecting against the sun’s harmful UV rays and skin cancer. It is therefore a good advise to message sesame oil all over your body first thing every morning. Sesame oil is gentle, affordable and pleasant-smelling, and as such it is a popular base for massage oils. The oil protects and moisturizes the skin due to its high absorption rate and high content of vitamin E, a vitamin commonly recommended for the treatment of a wide range of skin conditions. You can read more why it’s good for you to apply oil on your skin in my article how to rejuvenate your skin using oil cleansing.

2. Fish Oil

According to studies, taking enough of fish oil supplements appears to have enormous health benefits including dramatic anti aging effects. Fish oil has anti inflammatory benefits, improves heart and immune functions and helps hair grow and skin look healthy. Specifically, taking these supplements regularly may lower the risk for a host of diseases associated with aging, including coronary heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, arthritis and even Alzheimer’s disease. Read here more about the amazing health benefits of omega 3 fish oil.

3. Limit white sugar consumption

Limiting consumption of processed sugar as well as other low-quality carb foods such as white bread, sugar, pastries, cookies and candy, which also break down to sugar in your body, will help you to slow aging process (and you can read my previous article 6 things that happen to your body when you quit sugar).

The reason is that when sugar breaks in the body it involves major molecular mechanisms that damage your body, and that leads to disease and aging. Limiting sugar in your diet is a well-known key to longevity. Fructose in particular is an extremely pro-inflammatory agent that speeds up the aging process. It also promotes the dangerous growth of fat cells around your vital organs and can cause to diabetes and heart disease. Sugar/fructose also increases your insulin and leptin levels and this is another major factor of premature aging and age-related chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease. Limiting sugar consumption in your diet is therefore a good anti aging strategy. 4.  Antioxidants

Antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E, help fight free radicals that break down collagen and thus slowing aging process. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in October 2007 found that people who ate foods rich in vitamin C had fewer wrinkles and less age-related dry skin than those whose diets contained only small amounts of the vitamin. Vitamin C also helps form collagen, which smooths fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin C also seems to protect against UV sun rays, which can lead to freckles and a mottled complexion and does some repair and firming of the skin. Berries are packed with vitamin C as well as other nutrients, and are known to delay the aging process and to fight free radicals that damage our body. To learn more about the amazing healing properties of berries, have a look at my e-book The Healing Berry Guide. This e-book will teach you how to transform your health with berries.
Experts continue to argue whether antioxidants can prevent heart disease, but some of the evidence is highly persuasive. It is therefore a good idea to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, which are full of vitamin C as well as other healthy nutrients. You can also read my article about the best ways to combine antioxidants in your daily diet. You can also find more information about healthy eating and nutrition in my e-book Effortless Healthy Eating which is part of the Natural Health Revolution Program. This program will help you to achieve your health, nutrition and weight loss goals.

5. Treat your eye area and your hands

Many people begin noticing signs of aging on their hands and around their eyes. It is advisable to treat the skin around the eyes separately as face creams can be too irritating and heavy, but products made for this delicate area work wonders for smoothing fine lines. You can also try this great homemade recipe for soothing tired eyes or these home remedies for puffy eyes.
It’s also a good idea to start taking care of your hands with the same routine that you use to take care of your face. Every time you exfoliate or use a mask on your face, try to exfoliate or apply that same mask to your hands too. You can find here fantastic scrubs that you can easily make at home. They are suitable for the face and body as well.

6. Water

The effect of water on the skin is controversial. Some sources claim that one of the benefits of drinking water is softer, moister skin. I’ve also seen several references that claim that water will not prevent wrinkles as wrinkles and aging are mainly caused by sun, age and genetics. Other sources claim that it is true that the outermost layer of your skin may feel rough if it doesn’t contain enough water, however there’s no scientific proof that drinking extra water can make dry skin supple. But there is no denial that the aging process doesn’t only reflect in our skin. It also reflects in our body and the way it is functioning. Every organ and system in your body needs water to regulate body temperature, flush out toxins, aid in digestion and carry nutrients to our cells. The cells of our skin also depend on water to better function and repair damage.

6 Effective Ways to Treat Dandruff Naturally

Dandruff is a common nuisance that happens to many of us. You know that feeling – you get dressed for work or a night out with your favorite black outfit only to find out those little white flakes on your shoulder. And indeed dandruff is a common scalp disorder affecting almost half of the population at the post-pubertal age and of any gender and ethnicity. Those affected by dandruff find it can cause social or self-esteem problems.

Dandruff is the shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp. As skin cells die, a small amount of flaking is normal, however some people experience an unusually large amount of flaking either chronically or as a result of certain triggers.  This can also be accompanied by redness, irritation and often causes itching. The severity of dandruff may fluctuate with season and it often worsens in winter. So if you are one of these people who suffer from dandruff, I’m sure you will find this natural treatments for dandruff helpful:

1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

ACV has been known for a long time to treat dandruff due to its acidity. One cause of dandruff is excess yeast growth on the scalp, and the acidity of ACV changes the pH of the scalp, so it’s not any more an ideal environment for yeast to grow. Mix one part apple cider vinegar with one part water.

Wash your hair normally, then pour the mixture onto the wet hair and massage into your scalp. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with water. Be careful not to let any of the mixture get into your eyes as it will burn. Repeat the treatment daily for about a week. If you love ACV, read my article about 10 uses for ACV for great health and at home. Using ACV is also one of the 70 habits featured in my e-book 70 Powerful Habits For A Great Health which will guide you how to take positive steps to improve your wellness and overall health.

2. Lemon and Yogurt

You can create a hair mask that uses 2 ingredients that are known to get rid of dandruff: lemon and yogurt. You can add honey to the mask or a few drops of carrier oil (such as almond oil) to prevent dryness of the hair. Just wash and rinse your hair, then rub the mask into the scalp, and leave for 10-15 minutes. You may apply this mask 2-3 times a week.

3. Aloe vera

The juice in the leaves of the aloe vera plant can ease dandruff, itching and scaly skin in people. Aloe vera has antiseptic properties as well as moisturizing tendency that helps in preventing the skin from drying up.

Apply aloe vera gel directly onto the affected area, let the gel remain for about an hour, and then wash your scalp under cold running water. Don’t shampoo your hair after using aloe vera.

You may apply this gel 2-3 times a week. Aloe vera is a common medicinal herb and is useful for other ailments, not just for the skin. If you want to learn more about aloe vera as well as other herbs, you can find more useful information in my e-book the Herbal Remedies Guide. This guide will teach you how to treat common ailments using herbs.

4. Baking soda

Baking soda is used in many ways, and one of them it to treat dandruff. Instead of shampooing, rub a heaping tablespoon of baking soda into your wet hair and scalp and rub the baking soda on your scalp a few times a week. Wash thoroughly after one minute and don’t use shampoo afterwards. You can see other uses for baking soda in my article 6 uses for baking soda as a kitchen medicine.

5. Coconut oil or olive oil

Warm the oil before applying to the hair. Apply a little bit of either of these oils onto your scalp and massage gently. Cover your hair with a towel and leave the oil for at least 30 minutes or even overnight. Wash with a good anti-dandruff shampoo afterwards. R

6. Tea Tree Essential Oil

There are several essential oils that are known to help treat dandruff, but probably the best known among them is the tea tree oil which is a natural antiseptic. Shampoos with at least 5% tea tree oil have been shown to effectively treat dandruff.

8 Simple Ways You Can Increase Mobility, Reduce Joint Pain, And Promote Healthy Circulation

We all know the importance of working out regularly, and keeping your heart strong. Exercising helps prevent high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain cancers, arthritis, stroke, and metabolic syndrome. They also help control weight, improve mood, boost energy, promote sleep, and boost libido.

But…

After a long day at work, it’s hard to convince yourself to leave the comfort of home to get some much needed exercise. The gym is expensive, and the sun may set by the time you get home. Also, home is warm and comfortable. All are very good reasons to stay in. However, that doesn’t mean you should skip your workout.

Home exercises can be as fun and equally challenging as working out in a gym or outdoors.  As long as you push yourself, there’s nothing you can’t do and your body will thank you.

Here are 8 home exercises you can do from home with things you may already have lying around!

1 – Jump Rope

Jumping rope is an AMAZING cardio workout. After only a minute you’ll start to feel your breathing pick up and your heart beat quicken.

2 – Stair Stepping

If you live in a house, you’ve got some stairs. If you don’t live in a house,  you’ve got chairs, stools or books you could work with. Find something sturdy and get stepping. Walk up and down the stool or stair and keep your heart rate up. It’s easy to do while watching tv so you won’t notice time passing. You may not get as sweaty as you would jumping rope, but you’re staying active, and that’s the key.

3 – Plank

What? Building core muscles can be done without doing sit-ups? Heck yes they can. Get into a pushup position and stay there without bending your arms. Keep your back straight and your arms strong. Start off holding the position for 15-30 seconds, taking a ten second break.  I find it helpful to listen to an upbeat song while I plank to keep me pumped and engaged. Every day you can add time, and with added time comes added muscle!

4 – Dancing

You don’t need to go out to dance. Turn on your favourite music and bust a move! Dancing is a great workout because it keeps your heart pumping while having fun and it moves and stretches all of your muscles. If you’re a horrible dancer like me, wait until everyone’s left and shake your sillies out.

5 – Lunges

Lunges are a great way to get around your house. Instead of lunging forward and bringing your leg back to start, lunge forward and bring your back foot forward, turning your lunges into lunge walking. Ensure your knee doesn’t pass your toe, and your back stays straight. Add weights for a real challenge.

6 – Cleaning

Cleaning can be very engaging. Mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming are all great core and arm workouts. Bonus points if you turn on music and dance while you scrub.

7 – Water Bottle Weights

Water bottles are a great way to make your own weights. They can be customized by adding more or less water, and you can increase the bottle size to create a greater challenge. These free weights are a great addition when lunging around the house.

8 – High Knees

High knees sound scarier than they are. If you’re uncomfortable running around kicking your waiting hands, try standing high knees. Start slowly and speed up to whatever pace is comfortable for you. Make sure you challenge yourself, but listen to your body. If you’re feeling adventurous, running around your house doing high knees at double time is a great way to get your heart really working.

Working out at home can be unplanned, and hassle free. There are no monthly fees, and no expensive workout equipment necessary.  For an added challenge, head to YouTube and search any kind of workout you like. There are hundreds of free workouts  available, from relaxing yoga to hardcore crossfit, you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Instantly Improve Your Eyesight and Reduce Eye Strain With These 5 Eye Acupressure Points

The body has certain points that are more sensitive than others. The eyes are one of those points, and they typically are important for us to live everyday life and complete tasks. If there are issues or problems with the eyes, treatments like acupressure points for the eyes are helpful to learn. They can improve daily functionality if you just keep practicing.

Important Acupressure Points for Eyes Health

1. The Rim of Eyes

The orb of the eye is surrounded by bones, where are several pressure points that can help with pain or other ailments related to the eyes. The useful acupressure points for eyes in these areas include:

  • UB-1 (also known as Jingming): This spot is where the inner corner of the eye meets the nose. It is helpful when dealing with glaucoma, hysteria with vision loss and early stage cataracts. This is located on the urinary bladderchannel.
  • ŸUB-2 (also known as Zanzhu): Also located on the urinary bladder channel, this is located between the eyebrows, closest to the nose.
  • ŸYuyao: In the midpoint of the eyebrow, this point helps with worry, mental strain sometimes caused by overworking.
  • ŸSJ 23 (also known as Sizhukong): On the triple burner channel, this spot is on the outside end of the eyebrow. It can help with facial issues and other eye problems.
  • ŸGB 1 (also known as Tongziliao): On the gallbladder channel, the outside corner of the eye sockets where the cavity is. This helps with sore eyes, dry eyes, itchy eyes and blurred vision.
  • ŸST 1 (also known as Chenggi): This is directly below the pupil of the eye, on the infraorbital ridge. This is a primary point to resolve issues with the eyeball.

For each of these points, the recommended pressure is equivalent to that of a gentle massage, starting with B1-1 and continuing up and outward from that position. Each point should be your focus for roughly 10 seconds.

This can be done repeatedly at intervals throughout the day. It is recommended to practice deep breathing while you are doing the massage in order to ensure the eye is getting enough oxygen to stay healthy. Make sure to go slowly and pay equal attention to each area.

2. The Third Eye

Some people consider the spot directly between the eyebrows, at the spot where the junction of T, would be the third eye. Press on this spot gently for seven to eight minutes. As one of important acupressure points for eyes, this can help relieve emotional stress and improve one’s vision.

3. Bridge of the Nose

Directly below the inner edge of each eyebrow and alongside the nose is the area considered to be the bridge of the nose. Applying slight pressure to both sides at once with one’s thumbs can greatly help with fatigue and eye strain.

4. Top Edge of the Nostril

Apply pressure to each side of the nose, just above the flare of the nostril. This can help with blurred vision and nasal congestion. It should be done for five minutes every day for full benefit.

5. Tip of Each Thumb

The tips of the thumbs are directly connected to the eye muscles. Thus, this is also one of the acupressure points for eyes. Gently massaging the tip of one thumb with the other thumb can bring about relief to the pain and strain in these muscles. Doing so regularly helps improve the eyesight.
