Add 4 teaspoons of flax seed in 1 liter of water, and put it on the stove. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. After that, remove it from heat, cover it and leave it in a warm place for an hour. After 1 hour add the juice of one lemon and consume it throughout the day. Make sure it’s hot every time you take it. Repeat the procedure for 2 weeks, and the swelling will go away.

To prevent leg swelling, apply a saline solution in the following manner:

In 10 liters of cold water,dilute 1 kg of common salt. Take a soft towel and soak it in this solution,that slowly drain it and place it gently on your lumbar back (Cross) and keep it for 20 minutes. Conduct the same procedure for 10 days, every night before going to bed. The swelling will be reduced due to increased urination, which will begin soon after this procedure.
