The peeled ginger cut it on a small pieces and place in a boiled water to stay at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better). Once cool add honey and lemon.
Ginger Syrup
- A spoon of fresh ginger root
- 1 fresh lemon
- 5-6 carrots
- 1 peeled apple

- ½ lemon

- ½ spoon turmeric
